Scope
Our smart home automation services include
Wired systems
Structured, KNX-style control wiring run during first fix, the right call for a new build or a full renovation, where cabling can still go in the walls. More reliable long-term than wireless, at the cost of needing to be planned before the walls close.
Wireless systems
Zigbee and Wi-Fi based control for spaces where pulling new cable isn't practical, an existing villa, a leased office, a partial retrofit. Slightly more exposed to interference and battery upkeep on sensors, in exchange for no wall work.
Lighting control
Scenes and schedules instead of a wall full of switches, one preset for morning, one for evening, one for movie night, set once and left alone.
Smart switches & dimmers
Wall-mounted or DIN-rail dimming and switching modules wired into the same control system as everything else, not a standalone app per switch.
AC & climate control
Zoned temperature control tied into the same system as lighting and security, so "Away Mode" actually changes the thermostat too, not just the lights.
Smart thermostats
Per-room or per-zone setpoints that adjust with occupancy and time of day instead of one thermostat guessing for the whole floor.
Motorized curtains & blinds
Automated on the same schedule as lighting, or triggered by a scene like Movie Night, without a separate remote to keep track of.
Smart door locks
Keypad, app or biometric entry tied into the same security and access layer as the rest of the system, not a lock that only talks to its own app.
Smart sensors
Door, window and leak sensors that feed into the same system as lighting and security, so a door left open can trigger an actual alert, not just a log entry.
Motion & occupancy sensors
Trigger lighting, climate or security actions automatically when a room is used or sits empty, instead of every action needing a manual switch.
Smart plugs & appliances
Individual sockets and appliances brought into scenes and schedules without rewiring the circuit behind them.
Voice control — Alexa, Google, Siri
Voice commands layered on top of the same system already installed, not a separate ecosystem to manage on its own.
Mobile app control
One app for the whole property, on-site or remote, instead of one app per brand of device installed.
Scene & routine automation
Morning, Movie Night, Away Mode: several actions across lighting, climate, audio and security triggered from a single command.
Home energy management
Visibility into what's actually drawing power, room by room or circuit by circuit, instead of one number on a monthly bill.

Structured cabling and networking often go in during the same first-fix visit as automation wiring, to avoid opening the walls twice.
For a villa with a media or cinema room, automation scenes (Movie Night) hand off directly to the AV setup.
